HOW WE DEFINE SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE:
Success in this role will be defined by your ability to strategically manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Key areas of responsibility include Search campaigns, Performance Max (PMax), Demand Gen, YouTube, Display, and Microsoft Audience Network (MSAN), along with the ability to leverage secondary platforms such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic Display to support broader business objectives. Experience handling monthly budgets of $20K+ and delivering measurable business results is essential.
A successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and e-commerce verticals. They are adept at campaign strategy, performance analysis, and cross-platform optimization, with a focus on ROI and staying ahead of industry trends. This position reports to the Associate Director of Paid Media.
