Job Title: Paralegal/Legal Administrative Assistant Responsibilities The company is looking to consolidate and transition into a VMS system, and this Administrative Assistant will be reviewing all the procurement team's vendor contracts and inputting specific data into the system. There are approximately 500 vendor contracts that need to be reviewed to extract specific data and information into their system. 9 components that you are looking for in these contracts Start date End date Review date Review term Reviews remaining Renewals remaining Renewal term Auto renew Auto renew creation Assist the manager with reviewing certain components of contracts and documents, ensuring details are correct and pulling/inputting it into their tool (JAGGAER). Send important updates and reminders to managers. Maintains accurate and up-to-date files, contracts, and documentation. This includes various department records and employee records as assigned. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of employee/department files and records. Provides clerical support to the Procurement department, and other departments as needed. Essential Skills Experience working with contracts, including data input and reviewing contract components. Ability to import contract information into a new tool and send reminders to managers. Proficiency in administrative support and data entry. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working in a legal setting with contracts. Work Environment This role is fully onsite in the office, Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm.
