Job Title: Retirement Plan Educator

Are you passionate about helping others achieve their retirement goals? Join us in this rewarding role where you'll play a crucial part in enhancing financial education for employees across the region. As a Retirement Plan Educator, you will support employees with their 401(k), 403(b), and other retirement plans, guiding them toward successful retirement planning.

What You'll Do:

Educate and Inspire: Conduct one-on-one and group financial education sessions to help participants understand their retirement plans and achieve their financial goals.
Build Relationships: Establish and nurture connections with employees and create opportunities for referrals to our wealth management team.
Deliver Outstanding Service: Interact with clients and their employees to ensure exceptional service and meet their needs effectively.
Prepare and Follow Up: Plan and prepare for meetings, and follow up on deliverables to ensure all action items are completed.
Collaborate: Consult with internal teams to ensure compliance with ERISA regulations and address client matters promptly and accurately.
What We're Looking For:

Communication Skills: Comfortably speak to both individuals and groups, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Client Focus: Experience in managing and building client relationships, with a knack for interacting with diverse personalities.
Technical Know-How: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a solid understanding of retirement plans is preferred.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and solve problems with a calm and professional demeanor.
Leadership: Strong coaching skills and the ability to lead by example.
Qualifications:

Education: A college degree or relevant experience is preferred.
Language Skills: Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.
