Sr. DevOps Engineer Duties & Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the vision for DevOps and infrastructure, focusing on scalability, automation, and security.
• Design and managing cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), ensuring high availability, cost optimization, and disaster recovery.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines that streamline the deployment process, ensuring rapid and reliable releases.
• Champion automation across infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and monitoring to reduce manual intervention and increase efficiency.
• Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to align infrastructure with software architecture, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflows.
• Implement best practices for system monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure infrastructure performance and availability.
• Ensure that infrastructure and deployment processes adhere to security best practices and industry regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices related to DevOps and infrastructure, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous learning.

Sr. DevOps Engineer Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure management, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• A mindset for embracing challenges as opportunities, with a focus on building scalable and resilient systems.
• Proven ability to set a strategic vision and drive adoption of best practices across teams, with a commitment to excellence.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, showing respect and transparency.
