Description:

Lease coordinator

Assigned as the LC in the system

•Responsible for communicating with LA, CBS, and local operational resources on all reconciliation matters

•Coordinate with site indirect AP tech for creating Pos for evergreen lease invoices

•Work cross functionally with operational staff that are responsible for the receiving and returning of all equipment leased

Capex

Responsible for monitoring and reconciliation all CAPEX spend for EDC and SDC

•Ensure timely invoice processing and payment

•Ensure timely capitalization of assets once placed into service

•Ensure the proper GL coding is assigned between the two entities

•Coordinate with site indirect AP Tech for creating Pos where needed for Capex expenditures

Ad hoc

Contribute to ad-hoc requests from the site controller as needed which can include:

•Various account trend analysis

•Balance Sheet reconciliation support

•Potential assistance with external audit requests

Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance

Minimum 5 years experience requirement

**Additional Manager notes**

The manager is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst with 5-7 years of experience. This candidate must understand general accounting and have a bachelors degree in finance or accounting. The ideal candidate will be conducting external audits, processing reconciliations, credit and debits, working with others, and understanding trend analysis. This candidate will also be required to work onsite as the contract will last 6 months to 1 year. There could be an option for hybrid or remote in the future.

***Pay rate $45/hr***

The working days are Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm. When the manager is ready, she will be requesting 30-minute in person interviews.
