Job Description

Staff Management Group is seeking a Team Leader for our client in Moonachie, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule

• 1st shift: 6:30AM - 3PM
• Plus Overtime

Pay Rate

• $17 / hour (may vary)

Job Summary

The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the production goals of a production line from the 1st and 2nd shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse floor. 
• Act as a point of contact at the Warehouse. 
• Tracking KPIs 
• Train temporary employees daily. 
• Leadership ability. 
• In charge of lunch and break schedules for the Warehouse. 
• Able to assist admin in their duties as needed. (see list of admin duties below) 
• Updating timecards. 
• Address Validation. 
• Missing List. 
• Backorders clean up. 
• Order audits. 
• Troubleshooting of orders between WMS and ERP.

Job Requirements  

• MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must have computer skills. 
• Must have great admin skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate respectfully with leaders.
• Must have experience with handheld devices
• Able to work as a team and solo as needed
• Able to accept constructive criticism
• Must be reliable.
