Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UKG Dimensions - Timekeeping SME/Expert Configurator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UKG Dimensions (formerly Kronos) with a specific focus on timekeeping module configuration. A strong background in healthcare and/or union environments is essential. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to customize and optimize timekeeping solutions, ensuring compliance with complex union rules, pay policies, and healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of the UKG Dimensions Timekeeping module.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions tailored to the healthcare and unionized work environments.Analyze union contracts, pay rules, and healthcare regulations to ensure the system adheres to organizational policies and compliance standardsConfigure and maintain complex pay rules, accruals, schedules, and timekeeping policies within UKG Dimensions.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting, resolving configuration issues, and optimizing system performance.
  • Train end-users and administrators on best practices for utilizing the UKG Dimensions system.
  • Develop detailed documentation and support change management activities related to system updates and configurations.
  • Stay up-to-date with UKG Dimensions releases and features to provide guidance on potential system enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a UKG Dimensions Timekeeping expert, with at least 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience.
  • Strong background in healthcare and/or union environments , with experience configuring systems to meet the complexities of union labor contracts and healthcare shift scheduling.
  • Extensive knowledge of timekeeping processes , pay rules, accruals, schedules, and system customizations.
  • Strong understanding of compliance with union labor rules , payroll regulations , and healthcare workforce policies .
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical details into business terms.
  • Experience with UKG integration into broader HRIS/Payroll systems.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with other UKG modules, such as Scheduling , Payroll , and Advanced Scheduling .
  • UKG Dimensions certification .
  • Previous experience in managing large-scale implementations in healthcare settings.
  • Experience in change management and user training .
